"We had an incredible experience with Salty Dog Electrical. The owner, Chris, was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. He installed a new electrical panel for us and ran electric out to our new pool, and he is the kind of person you immediately feel confident trusting with your home because he clearly cares about doing things correctly, safely, and ethically.
Chris kept us in the loop every step of the way and was great about explaining what was happening as the job went on. He was communicative, thorough, and made sure we understood everything without making us feel overwhelmed.
Chris and his team worked extremely hard through long 12-hour days in the hot sun, and I never heard a single complaint from anyone. His young apprentices were respectful, kind, and hardworking, and it was really impressive to watch Chris take every opportunity to turn the job into a teaching moment for them. You can tell he not only takes pride in his work, but also in training the next generation the right way.
When the delivery of a crucial part was delayed on our end, Chris even offered to wait here until it arrived so he could complete the job. While he waited, he planned to do some cleanup and use the extra time to teach his apprentices a few things. I thought that said a lot about the kind of person he is and how much pride he takes in his work.
The entire crew was also very kind and engaging with my young daughters whenever they interacted, which I really appreciated. And when Chris discovered corrosion and standing water, he immediately replaced and repaired the issue. He said he treats every home as if it were his own and ethically could not leave it that way. I was so thankful he caught it and handled it the right way.
We are so grateful for Chris and his team. Hardworking, respectful, honest, communicative, thorough, and professional. I cannot recommend Salty Dog Electrical enough!"
